Terms and Conditions
- Pricing:
- Prices are based on double occupancy; a single supplement fee applies for solo travelers. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. The single-occupancy package price is shown above.
- Non-Refundable:
- The trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel protection.
- Change Fee:
- A change fee of $50 per person will be applied for any modifications to the booking, plus any charges imposed by the supplier.
- Cancellation Fee:
- A cancellation fee of $50, plus any fees assessed by the supplier, will be applicable in the event of cancellation.
- Payment Schedule:
- Payments must be made monthly. There will be a 30-day grace period for each payment. Failure to submit payment within 60 days of the due date will result in cancellation of the booking. To reinstate the booking after cancellation, a $200 reinstatement fee will apply.
- Full Payment Deadline:
- Full payment for the booking must be made no later than the final payment deadline stated on your reservation invoice. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Passport Requirement:
- A valid passport is required for all travelers, with a minimum validity of six months beyond the return date of the trip.
- Travel Insurance:
- Mann’s Platinum Travel suggests the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. Get an insurance quote here.
- Flights:
- This is a land-only vacation package. Flights are not included; guests book their own flights. One shared group arrival transfer and one shared group departure transfer are included. Transfers outside the scheduled group times may cost extra.
